I decided to start a new page for the 2013 weight loss chart. The other page has so much jumbled information on it, it was confusing to me, the writer, so I can only image how confusing it would be to a reader. So 2013 is here, it's a new year, and a new start for Shawn and I on getting back on track with losing weight and being healther. I stepped on the scale at work and will use that scale only for recording my weight loss progress and will weigh in on Wednesday mornings.
2013 Starting Weight - 331.2 lbs
1.2.13 - 331.2 lbs
1.9.13 - 329.8 lbs - minus 1.4 lbs - total loss - 1.4 lbs
1.16.13 - 325.0 lbs - minus 4.8 lbs - total loss - 6.2 lbs
1.23.13 - 323.4 lbs - minus 1.6 lbs - total loss - 7.8 lbs (monthly period)
1.30.13 - didn't get to weigh; someone was in the office with the scale!
2.6.13 - 334.6 lbs - plus 11.2 lbs - total loss - EEK! I've actually gained 3.4 lbs!
2.15.13 - 330.4 lbs - minus 4.2 lbs - total loss - 0.8 lbs
2.20.13 - 326.8 lbs - minus 3.6 lbs - total loss - 4.4 lbs
UGH!
8.16.13 - 348.0 lbs - plus 21.2 lbs - there is no loss, but a huge gain :(
8.21.13 - 343.6 lbs - minus 4.4 lbs - total loss - 4.4 lbs :)
8.26.13 - 339.8 lbs - minus 3.8 lbs - total loss - 8.2 lbs :)
10.2.13 - 341.? lbs
10.9.13 - 338.6 lbs - minus 2.4 lbs - total loss -
Started WW @ work again!
10.31.13 - 343.2 lbs
11.7.13 - 340.0 lbs - minus 3.2 lbs
11.14.13 - 338.4 lbs - minus 1.6 lbs - total loss 4.6 lbs
